What design file formats do you accept?
We accept designs in all major file formats: Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, HTML, PSD, Illustrator, PNG and PDF. In case of PNG and PDF files as it’s difficult to inspect elements, we ask you to send the assets and color scheme separately.
What are the deliverables?
You can either get the website delivered in a zip or we can deploy the code on your behalf to your server. We offer 1 free migration from our server to your server.
Do you provide design services?
No. We are a bunch web developers who live and breath code. Although we have a in-house designer, but she works with our quality assurance team to test the final website to make sure it is exactly same as the designs you send.
Do I need to sign any long term contract?
No. We work on a per-project basis. If you have regular work on monthly basis we also provide monthly retainer. To know more get in touch with us via our Contact Us page.
How can I show the work to my partner / team / clients?
We provide you with a unique link to the website on our demo server from where you can access the website yourself and share it with anyone you want.
Do you provide Support?
Yes, you get a 30-day support period for every website projects from the date of final approval. We take care of any bugs or issues that come up in the website which were part of your original project scope (but somehow missed during your project review) at no additional charge.
Post that you can opt-in for one of our monthly packages in which we provide on-going support and maintenance for your website at a small cost. Please contact us at [email protected] to know more.
What is expected timeline for delivery?
Simple brochure websites usually take 6 to 21 days to build depending upon the number of pages. Other complex sites like eCommerce websites or websites with custom functionality usually take over a month to build.
When you choose the Standard plan for building the website, it takes around 30% less time to build as compared to Pro plan. Plan details are shown in the table above.
For each quote request you send we tell you the exact timeline (along with the costs) after looking at the designs.
What are the payment terms?
For projects below $750, you need to pay the full amount upfront before we start the project.
For projects above $750, we split the payment into 3 milestones:
- Milestone 1: 40% of total cost – Upfront payment (before we start the work).
- Milestone 2: 40% of total cost – You pay this after we complete the development and testing on our end. This includes full development of the project including conversion of designs, building functionalities and doing integrations (if any). We then share link to the demo website with you, so you can check that development is complete.
- Milestone 3: 20% of total amount – After milestone 2 is released, we wait for your feedback and approval on the website. If you need any revisions, we make them and update the code on demo site for your approval. You release this milestone when you’re happy with the website and approve it.
After receiving the final payment in Milestone 3, we send the files over to you or if you want, deploy the code on your production server directly.
